Free Shipping: We offer worldwide FREE Flat Shipping on each and every order.
Delivery Time: Before your order is shipped, we have to process your order and put all your items through its strict. Because of this, the Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping Method: You can choose the shipping method you want on the billing & shipping page during the checkout process. There are two kinds of main shipping methods to choose from:
Flat Shipping - FREE ( Free on each and every order! Delivery times are between 7 - 15 business days to all major destinations. )
Express Shipping - $29.99 ( The fastest method available! Delivery times are between 3 - 7 business days to all major destinations. )
Returns Information:
Returns: To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with our original packing and a note stating the corrections (for example: correct ring size) to our address.
NOTE: The engraved and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!
Refunds: iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like a refund.
Exchange: In order to make an exchange, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing within 30 days of receipt and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
Handling Times: Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund.
Simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt, no questions asked!
